We monitor such items as your backups, antivirus definitions, internet connection, disk space and far more. Rather than simply reacting to problems when they affect your business and then charge you for on-site visits, we take the more professional and proactive approach. If your server is heading for problems, we are alerted quickly and react to resolve the issue before it becomes a problem for you – and in many cases for no additional charge!

We resolve approximately 90% of all problems over the phone or remotely, giving you a speedy resolution. Our remote support software allows us to connect to your server, desktop, laptop or even Windows Mobile device wherever you may be!

We specialise in covering the local areas of Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Southampton and most other parts of Dorset and Hampshire - so when a visit is required, we're never far away!
