Competition Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify to enter the competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be 18 years old or over. You must not be an employee or a director of Treken Information Management Ltd, or any member of such person’s family.  Treken reserve the right to verify the legibility of applications.
 
2. To enter the competition, applicants must complete the registration form and the competition application form in its entirety, including accepting these terms and conditions, and submit the application form to us. In order to qualify for the prizes, your entry must be received by the closing date stated in the competition details. Incomplete entries or those not received by the above deadline will be disqualified.

3. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.

4. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.

5. The make and model of a prize may be subject to change. Treken Information Management Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.

6. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Treken Information Management Ltd shall be final.

7. Treken Information Management Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

8. In the event that any applicant is disqualified from the competition, Treken Information Management Ltd in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entry should be selected. In this event, any further applicant will be selected on the same criteria as the original applicant and will be subjected to these terms and conditions.

9. Entry to the competition is by email only.   Applicants not supplying a valid email address will be disqualified.

10. The winners will be selected at random from those entries received before the closing date. The winners will be chosen at random by a company director. The directors’ decision is final.

11. Only the winning applicants will be contacted by Treken Information Management Ltd. Treken Information Management Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner names may be published on the Treken Information Management Ltd website after the closing date of the competition.

13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. Treken Information Management Ltd has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

15. Treken Information Management Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site.

16. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.

By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
