PRODUCTS AVAILABLE.

All our broadband packages include at least one static IP address, with more available on request - this is critical for many business networks, and often costs extra with most providers.

Fibre-to-the-Cabinet Broadband (FTTC)

Now available in nearly all areas, FTTC broadband services offer average speeds of 66Mbps downstream and 17Mbps upstream (of a maximum 80Mbps and  20Mbps)

This is the most widely used 'standard' broadband product.

All our FTTC packages come with unlimited use and one static IP address.  Critical Care can be added for an enhanced SLA - faster resolution for any circuit faults.

Fibre-to-the-Premises Broadband (FTTP)

FTTP provides a 100% fibre optic connection all the way from the telephone exchange to your premises, whereas FTTC (Fibre-to-the-Cabinet) is a Fibre connection to your local on-street cabinet, then a copper connection from the cabinet to your premises.

Speeds of up to 1Gbps (1000Mbps) downstream and 220Mbps upstream are available!  However, FTTP is only available to a smaller percentage of the UK.

All our FTTP packages come with unlimited use and one static IP address.  Critical Care can be added for an enhanced SLA - faster resolution for any circuit faults.

Leased Line

Leased line services provide a dedicated fibre connection to your office, with internet connection speeds from 10Mbps to 1Gbps+.  This is the highest grade of internet connection generally available, with fantastic performance and SLA's available.  Typically chosen by businesses who require a rock solid internet connection and/or performance that far exceeds anything else available to them.

We can also offer additional services such us point-to-point fibre connections, and private VLAN connections from your office to a data centre (e.g. for backup/DR services with added security & performance).

Business Broadband FAQS

  • Faster speeds and greater bandwidth to handle multiple devices and large data transfers.
  • Improved reliability with dedicated connections and minimal downtime.
  • Enhanced support with 24/7 technical assistance tailored for businesses.

For businesses, these features ensure seamless operations, whereas residential services are typically not optimised for commercial needs.

A dedicated business broadband service offers significant advantages, including:

  • Higher speeds to support video calls, cloud applications, and data-heavy tasks.
  • Improved uptime and reliability, reducing the risk of disruptions.
  • Dedicated IT support to resolve issues promptly.
  • Scalability to meet future growth without switching providers.

These benefits enable small businesses to remain competitive and productive.

When choosing a business broadband provider, IT managers should evaluate:

  • Reliability: Ensure consistent speeds and low downtime.
  • Speed: Match your business’s data usage needs.
  • Security: Opt for providers with built-in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Confirm guaranteed performance and response times.
  • Support: Look for dedicated IT broadband support to minimise technical challenges.

Outsourced IT broadband solutions provide:

  • Troubleshooting for connectivity and technical issues.
  • 24/7 maintenance to ensure best performance.
  • Proactive support to prevent potential disruptions.

By outsourcing IT support, businesses benefit from reliable broadband without worrying about in-house technical expertise.
