Next, we have the Platinum IT support package, which includes all the benefits of our Gold level but also includes telephone and remote assistance for user and desktop issues and a discounted on-site engineer rate.
Titanium is the most comprehensive IT support plan available and is perfect for businesses with large and/or complex IT requirements. Boasting all the benefits of our Gold and Platinum packages, Titanium also includes on-site visits for support issues, giving you peace of mind that all eventualities are covered.
